About Us

We are an early-stage crypto company that partners with leading Web3 ecosystems to attract top talent, fund their work, and help scale the impactful projects they create. Thrive powers crypto GDP by automating treasury allocations to builders who create real value.

We have $100M+ in committed treasury allocations from leading ecosystems like Arbitrum, Polygon, ApeChain, Hedera, Xion, Swell, Metis, Boba, and more—and we’re just getting started.

We've funded 1,700+ projects across blockchains, fueling onchain development at scale. 230,000+ wallets have connected to Thrive, with 90,000+ contributors earning in the ecosystem.

We’re a rocket ship. We 10x every year. With treasury commitments doubling quarterly, we’re on track to power $1B+ in allocations in the next 2 years.

Thrive is crypto’s best-kept secret and we need your help running point on our most important relationships and deployments.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Ecosystem Specialist to lead developer acquisition, manage grant deployment execution, and serve as our primary point of contact across multiple Web3 ecosystems. This role combines DevRel, ecosystem growth, and light-touch deployment management—perfect for someone who is equally comfortable talking to developers, navigating grant systems, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality project applications, ensuring successful deployment operations, and building strong relationships with builders and ecosystem leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Developer Acquisition & Engagement

  • Source and support high-quality builders applying for funding across our ecosystems

  • Own top-of-funnel engagement tactics (events, AMAs, referrals, university outreach, Twitter Spaces)

  • Collaborate with Marketing to showcase ecosystem opportunities through demos, live builds, and educational content

  • Help convert promising applicants by guiding them through the application and review process

Deployment Strategy & Execution

  • Coordinate with the Deployment Ops team to ensure timely and accurate setup of each funding program

  • Track project milestones and reviews, and ensure successful program progression through internal workflows

  • Maintain visibility into each deployment’s status, performance, and blockers

  • Support light technical setup (form fields, deadlines, milestone documentation) with guidance from ops leads

Ecosystem Growth & Partnership Management

  • Build trusted relationships with ecosystem partners, DAOs, and protocol teams

  • Serve as the internal advocate for each ecosystem—bringing feedback, priorities, and goals into our planning

  • Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and success storytelling with the Marketing team

  • Lead renewal and expansion conversations to deepen ecosystem partnerships

Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Track ecosystem-level metrics: # of applications, approval rate, deployment throughput

  • Propose improvements to increase conversion, reduce friction, and improve ecosystem satisfaction

  • Share learnings and best practices across internal teams

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years in Developer Relations, Ecosystem Growth, or GTM roles in Web3 or early-stage tech

  • Deep familiarity with crypto builders, funding programs, and protocol ecosystems

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate between internal teams

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; experience working directly with developers

  • Experience running events, engaging communities, or guiding projects through grant funnels

  • Startup mentality: hungry, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base + performance-based incentives

  • Remote-first, globally distributed team

  • High-ownership role shaping our presence in key ecosystems

  • Collaborate with top Web3 builders, protocols, and ecosystem leaders
